Summery Description

Originally stated to be an advertising platform. Zero updates, the only user and person of interest is a guy named Singh who does everything and nothing. No developer. Took millions and did not further the platform. Updates only to free exchanges every 5-6 months. exchanges with zero use.
Originally sold tokens on a “price increase scale” with no chance to be lower to public. Then after ICO closed, they tried to sell the remaining on tokinator platform (https://tokenator.io/en). They got caught doing so and then denied until proof was given. Then Singh tried to explain he didn’t know anything about it. They were supposedly hacked from their original coin of CLR and had to change to xclr. Deleted users from TG when questioned. Eventually locked TG so no public input and no updates. Licensed out of the country but tied to Oath capital in Mass. The only listed person for Oath capital is the same person Singh.Pure scam
