Coinbase, the giant US-based cryptocurrency exchange, has introduced a new feature to enhance user experience. According to the report, the exchange has launched a new feature; to quickly settle crypto to bank account withdrawal.
In an October blog post, Coinbase said, “Customers in the U.S., U.K., and Europe can withdraw funds with a linked Visa debit card,” the post said. “In the U.S., customers will be able to also withdraw funds with their Mastercard.”
The blog post further unveiled that a faster cash withdrawal facility is available across 40 different countries. However, instant withdrawal service will be charged at the rate of 1.5% in the U.S. Whereas, it’ll cost up to 2% in Europe and the UK.
Coinbase Offers More Responsive Withdrawals
Under normal conditions, it takes more than a couple of days to settle fiat transfers from a crypto exchange. This implies clients must hold up that period before they can utilize money pulled back from exchanges. Coinbase new option speeds along the process when utilizing a payment card, making funds accessible to spend in a split second.
Compared to other leading cryptocurrency exchanges, Coinbase instant withdrawals are more responsive. Visa fintech department head Terry Angelos said, “by enabling real-time card withdrawals through the Visa Direct capability, Coinbase is delivering a faster, simpler, and more connected experience for its users.”
